WichitaSoccer.Net’s directory was built through editorial research, which means we did our best to compile accurate information — but we know it’s not complete, and some details change faster than we can track them. That’s where you come in.

If your club, league, or facility isn’t listed, or if your existing listing needs an update, we make it easy to get that sorted. Here’s how.

Is Your Organization Already Listed?

Before submitting a new listing, search the directory to see if your organization is already there. We launched with over 30 clubs, leagues, and facilities across Wichita and the surrounding area, so there’s a good chance you’re already represented — even if some details need updating.

You can search the Clubs & Leagues directory and the Fields & Facilities directory from the main navigation menu or the homepage search bar. If you find your listing and it needs updating, see the Update an Existing Listing section below. If you don’t find it at all, submit a new listing using the information below.

If your club, league, or facility is not yet listed on WichitaSoccer.Net, we’d love to add it. New listing submissions are reviewed editorially before publishing — we aim to review and publish approved listings within three to five business days.

What to include in your submission

To give your listing the best chance of being published quickly and completely, please include as much of the following as possible:

Submit your new listing by visiting our Contact page and selecting ‘Submit a New Listing’ from the subject dropdown. Include as much of the information above as you can in the message body, or email it as an attachment.

Update an Existing Listing

If your organization is already listed but information needs to be corrected, updated, or expanded, please reach out through the Contact page and select ‘Correct or Update an Existing Listing’ from the subject dropdown.

In your message, please include the name of the listing as it appears on the site and describe clearly what needs to change. The more specific you are, the faster we can make the update. For example: ‘Our website has changed from wichitawarriors.com to wichitawarriors.net’ or ‘Our registration window is now fall only, not year-round.’

What Makes a Great Listing?

The most useful listings on WichitaSoccer.Net are the ones that give families exactly what they need to make a decision. Here’s what separates a great listing from a basic one:

•  A clear, honest description that tells families what your organization is, who it serves, and what makes it special

•  Accurate, up-to-date contact information and a working website URL

•  Complete attribute fields — age groups, skill levels, seasons, and league affiliations all help families find you through search filters

•  A logo or quality photo — listings with images get significantly more engagement than those without

•  A direct registration or contact link so families can take the next step immediately

A Note on Editorial Independence

WichitaSoccer.Net maintains full editorial independence. Submitting or updating a listing does not guarantee any particular placement, prominence, or editorial endorsement. All listings are treated equally in the directory regardless of whether an organization is a site sponsor.

We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity, accuracy, and consistency with the site’s style. We will not publish listings for organizations we cannot verify as legitimate, active, and operating in the Wichita area.
